As you may already know the bill was never voted on in committee in the last session. Hence it died there.
We will need to start over again in the next session after the 1st of the year. It will take more pressure from the public than we’ve had to make passage a reality.
Hopefully Model 3 owners will show up in droves to make the point Tesla’s are not just for the elite.
When the legislative push begins again I’ll need post something here. I understand some here don’t do Facebook and that’s ok.
