According to Tesla Supercharger site, this Supercharger is located at the parking lot of EDION electronics store, and has restricted access from 10am to 8pm. Only 10 hours available!

これって世界初？時間制限付きスーパーチャージャー。使い物にならなさそうです。
So is this the world's 1st NON-24h Supercharger? Doesn't make sense at all.

Not the first, there is one in Hong Kong from 8am to 10pm, open for 14 hrs only. Limited by the property owner.

Thanks for the info. I also learned that there are some in HK, and some in Europe as well. This one specifically, will be 24h in the future, I heard.
