Would this be covered under warranty

So my passenger side seat cushion came loose and it is impossible to get it on between the center console and the seat as well as the back speaker is cracking was just wondering if these two issues would be covered under warranty

The speaker needs to be clear and not cracking so I say it's covered.

Seat cushion should not be loose so I say it's covered.

I vote, yes, and no. (Tesla could take the position that you cranked up your tunes and blew out the speaker.)
