Would you pay $2000 to go from 4.4 to 3.9 on a Leased car?

Do I upgrade to 3.9sec?

  • I would. I look for every opportunity to put the pedal to the metal.

  • I would not. 4.4 sec is plenty quick.

If you upgraded “for the acceleration,” then why not just jump into a performance if acceleration is important to you? Plus you get beefier suspension, brakes, track mode, etc.

I strongly debated getting the Performance model but decided against it because of the harsher overall ride quality and the reduced range. If the Performance model had the same specs as the LR AWD, then I would have gotten it.

I wouldn't do the upgrade unless you have some of that Bobby Axelrod f*ck you money.
