Written Off Model 3 - Backstory?

Does anyone know the story behind this Model 3? Visually no damage to speak of. Text suggests partial stripped. Was it stolen/recovered?

No telling what the underside looks like, another thought I had was possible water damage.

It's pretty obvious that one entire side has a fair amount of damage. Look at how the rear door on that side "shuts".

I originally also figured it was a flooded until I got the hint from post 4.
