WTB 19 slipstreams any year or condition in WA state

I am looking to buy a set of 19in slipstream rims and tires they don't have to be in perfect condition or have TPMS. I am looking to either trade my 21in Grey turbines (in 7/10 condition with TPMS gen 1) for them or pay 1000.00 or less for the set. Let me know what you have to offer and we can work something out.
