WTB: 2011 Roadster Sport 2.5

    that is exactly what I was talking about. But the roadster owners here will tell you it's worth 60k. And maybe it is. But it isn't a good feeling knowing you can get out quickly at $35k.

    Tesla would have taken that Roadster and passed it on to another reseller who would have had to make a good profit on it, as Tesla no longer resells Roadsters. A 1.5 with no fancy options and 55K miles might go for $55K.

    I agree with your assessment of market price. The cheapest Roadsters being sold still haven't dipped below $50k and prices have definitely been going up, not down.

    Shift is one of the largest sellers of used Roadsters in the US. Their pricing is pretty bang on. You can see what they've got below. (I used to work for them...... and Tesla)
