WTB: Good 20" OEM Model X Continental Tire(s)

My tire search keeps evolving. After finding two unused 2020 front tires, as of 09/12/21 I'm looking for:

• Two new or very low-mileage rear Continental CrossContact LX Sport tires.
  
  
• "ContiSilent" (CSI) noise reduction version (w/internal foam layer).
  
  
• "T0" (Tesla-approved original-equipment tire) designation.
  
  
• Two rear tires: 275/45R20 110V XL.
  
• New or near-new condition with 9/32" tread depth.
  
• ~2020 tires, if possible.
  

If you happen to have young, low-mileage tires available please PM/DM (private message) me to discuss.

Will also consider purchasing tires that happen to come mounted on wheels (some take-offs swapped out for 22s, maybe).

No longer looking for used tires. Happened to find some new, 2020-stock front tires. So I'd like to find some matching rear tires (see revised Post #1).

Just discovered that Continental and Tesla have changed somewhat the new 2021 Model X tires. Apparently very similar (maybe minor tread or other differences). But I might as well look specifically for two rear 2020 versions, if any remain available.
