I am looking to buy a Tesla Model S for my own personal use and will pay cash in the low 20s. High mileage and cosmetic flaws are not a deterrent. I’m located in Central Florida but will travel for the right car and must see it in person. I recently found a 2013 Tesla Model S P85 within my budget in Southern FL but it was sold by the time I got to see it. I’m looking forward to buying a Tesla very soon! Thank you
