exterior preference - white

Has to have the performance upgrade package. Has to have at least base autopilot.

This is exactly what I was looking for. For whatever reason this specific combo isn't terribly easy to find. I just recently found mine but I still follow the market so if I see one I'll pass it along. Should be able to get a '19 with no FSD for right around that price.

I think people buying the base color are less likely to do other upgrades. Prob accounts for the rarity.

White used to be the most expensive color for Tesla cars - black was the free one for a while.

Not exactly what you’re looking for but my “Stealth” Performance Model 3 is white on white with custom XPEL Stealth wrap, chrome delete, tint, etc, full self driving paid for and HW3 upgrade done and some other extras included and about 22,000 miles.

I have a Dec 2019 Full performance blue on black, but white covers(best of both worlds), less than 7k miles. I'm in California but could meet or ship. Honestly, I was hung up on finding a white interior as well, but the covers are a cheap fix, and I've been happy with them, FWIW.
