His should be 19"
But they are not really the right wheel for 2017. They are wider and bigger offset, and staggered.
Check out the Tesla OEM Info on TSportline or Tesla Shop to get an idea of the OEM sizes.
There is some wiggle room but not a lot.
You can also check Tirerack will show OEM and options.

I have a MS 2016.5 P100D and currently running staggered and it’s so expensive and recently got a front rim bent on a California highway and now turning to 19s. Will this tempest 19” fit? Anyone tried?
