WTB MS 60 or better below 40K

Hello, I am trying to get my first EV. I rented a MS 85 on Turo and was hooked instantly.
I'm looking for really anything with less than 100k miles, clean title, more than a 40KWh battery and has to be less than 40k. Any location is fine, in the lower 48, as I can fly wherever you are and drive it back.
