looking for the rear cross-member, the extra part that fits inside the rear bumper on cars with rear facing jump seats.

Never mind. Bought it and had it installed by a tesla authorized body shop. $125 for the part $190 labor.

Did you put it on a car that doesn't have the rear facing seats?

Yes. Installed rear facing seats myself, but tesla wouldn't sell me this part to complete the job. They call it a restricted part. Body shops only

where did you find the a crossmember to pick up? I'm looking to do the exact same thing.

I bought the crossmember and had it installed at a local tesla authorized body shop. Tesla won't sell them directly to consumers. Part was $125 and they charged me $190 labor (including tax) for the install just for the crossmember. In and out the same day, once they received the part, which took 2-3 weeks.

I used Service King. It's a regional chain.

They charged me $125 for the part. They can buy it brand new from Tesla.

These guys have a listing, but no price/availability listed. Be careful - some ebay shops are showing pictures of the standard steel bumper (energy absorber) under this part. It's not the steel bumper beam - its aluminum - the photo here is correct - 1015811-S0-B | Tesla OEM Parts | Products | 057 Technology

We might have an extra, but we usually reserve these for full 3rd row seat bundles which have all of the parts needed, including the reinforcement.
