I was looking for a used one but looking at at the manual, it has some one time use parts to protect the car I think. For that reason, I am looking at brand new.

PPF can be replace with aftermarket. You can also ask Tesla for spare. I've seen someone post the different part # in the Model 3 interior/exterior including those PPF.

I bought a small PPF roll for like $15 from Amazon and cut it to shape and used on my 2nd Model 3 - his and hers - so I can mount my roof rack on either car.
