Looking at really any version of it.. Would like to keep it to 30k but can go slightly higher. I know the odds of me finding one are low but I think its worth trying.

Correct, but almost any clean Model 3 you will find around that price will be out of initial warranty period with only battery warranty remaining.

If it was me, I'd be looking for an AP1 Model S in that price range. You'd still have unlimited miles battery warranty and free supercharging.
