You are probably aware, but just in case since you don't mention it expressly in your post:

As I understand it Tesla may have pre-owned P85 Model S's for sale. These cars aren't advertised anywhere. Instead you have to contact a Tesla Store/Gallery. They can then search their country-wide database of what cars they have available for immidate delivery. Previously this database has also included demo-vehicles and loaners, and as far as I know this is still the case, if such a vehicle could be something you would consider.
