Looking to purchase a used Tesla S, as long as not registered in CA.

Ideally looking for:
- Pano Roof
- Leather
- Supercharging Enabled
- Tech Package
- AutoPilot (nice to have)

Price range of 35-42.5K ideally.

Hello.......what new Decal rules ??

Current white/green decals for CA are set to expire 1/1/2019 which allow single-occupant vehicles the ability to use HOV lanes. Huge benefit here in CA. New program coming into play when that one expires. Supposedly those with existing stickers can re-apply to extend the use until 1/1/2022. However, there hasn't been any more details around this.

For vehicles not registered in CA, the belief is those newly registered will get the decals which expire on 1/1/2022 rather than potentially having to deal with getting one which expires on 1/1/2019 then having to re-apply for the extension.

You're not going to get AP for that price range. Tesla just offered me $45k for my 2015 S85 with AP1 and everything you asked for. I'm probably going to try and sell it locally for $49k if I can.
