I figured I'd ask, because I found one on the Tesla Inventory cars that is a 2016, 90D, Tan seats, in California.

It has all of the options that were available at the time, and met every one of the criteria you listed...
Located in California, Tan interior, 90D battery.
It has the full tech package that was available back then, including Autopilot and Homelink. What other option were you hoping for ? The only thing that could have possibly been changed on that config is the wheels, which are easy to replace, and are readily available on the Tesla store, or even from other owners in this forum.
