WTL: Low miles left lease takeover Model S/X non P

Looking for a model S or X, 75D, 85D, 90D or 100D lease takeover where the previous leasee has driven a lot. I don’t drive daily so don’t need a lot of miles on the lease. Autopilot and premium upgrades preferred (otherwise I will have to pay to enable AP).

I am in New York so east coast preferred.
