Yes the wheels are inside the house. I keep them in a spare room so they don't get damaged. The markings from Pirelli are still on the tires as they have never been installed or driven on. The TPMS sensors are installed. The tires are actually inflated to 20psi to make them easier to move. Any other questions, just pm me directly. I am firm on $3500 still.
