Xcelerate brings extended vehicle warranties into the electric age
We have been receiving quite a bit of questions on what is covered. X-Care is an exclusionary policy and we made the same exclusions as Tesla has on their Extended Service Agreement. These include normal wearable items, exterior damage (scuffs, dents, etc), and most importantly, the battery/drive unit since that is covered by your separate 8 year warranty. However, we still want to answer this question by creating a one pager that highlights some of the major items that we have already paid for. This is not only what is covered, but just some of the largest ticket items. The prices do vary based on different labor rates, as well as, what components failed that deal with that issue.
