Produced December-2016 (~6 months ownership):
~10,000miles / 16,000 km
Average 350Wh/mi or 217Wh/km

At delivery: 90% ~233miles (374km)
Current 90% ~233miles (374km)

Summary: no loss in range; never charged >90%; only 4 supercharges; mostly charge to 70-80% and 90% occasionally

Nice! Your in that hot Texas weather which helps for sure (at least your RR calculation that is).

MX 90D

31,232 miles driven, 90% RR = 231 miles

Charge to 90%, usually overnight and once during the day, about 20 times between 92%-98%.
Roughly 250 times charged...

So the 90% on my year old inventory 90D dropped from 233 to 230 and I decided to recalibrate the battery based on the video posted on this thread. Charged it to 100% 2 nights ago and off I went. Last night, dialed it back to 90%. When I woke up this morning - 227!!! Wtf? BUT, when I drove to work (30 mile commute) consumption was much less than usual- left with 227 and arrived with 205. Is this normal part of recalibration?

Seems normal. It just an algo trying to get more and more accurate. Don't think of it as you actually having had 233/230 for real previously, lower estimate is probably more accurate. Plus we all know that your RR even at the lower number isn't accurate unless you have perfect nearly-impossible conditions.

My 90D 100% is 246 miles. That's before any serious trailering. We'll see where it lands after this current trip and the many 100% charges I'll need to complete it.

Here's info for an August 2016 CPO 90D with 5,736 miles. Just charged it for the first time last night. Got 227 miles, which would imply 252 miles at 100%. Will be making a trip to Jacksonville today and will charge it to 100% just before I leave. I expect it will be that.
I wonder how reliable an indicator the 90% is of your full capacity? I posted the information above before charging it to the full 100%. Mathematically, as I stated above, I expected a full capacity of 252. But I actually got 256 at full charge.
