My 90% over the first week (3 charges) is 232 miles (with a "rated" range of 285).

Doing some data crunching so far the averages by model are:

P90D = 228.43
P90D = 225.29
90D = 237.25

After 2 days of ownership and about 50 miles, it's 235 at 90%.

Not quite a large enough pool of numbers to draw any conclusions but I will anyway. If we round up to 226 and down to 228 for the L and regular P, 100% should yield 251 miles and 253 miles respectively. While the 90D would be 263.

Just charged at the supercharger with my 90D and got 237.

When new, my P90D Model X was 225.
After 3 months and 2,000 miles it is now at 223.
Almost the same range as the 3 year old Model S P85 version "A" battery pack with 45,000 miles.

Now down to 221. The P90DL Model X Signature teenage VIN is 5 months old with about 2,700 miles.

229 at 90%, 3 weeks old with 300 miles P90D with L vampire drain seems about 6-10 miles a day

90D. 236 miles after 1250 miles. Originally I was at 238 in the first month of ownership.
