XM Satellite Radio--3 Mo free trial included?

XM/Sirius is so horribly compressed it sounds worse than most FM stations. With Slacker and Tune In built in there is no reason to pay XM/Sirius for music that sounds horrible and it NOT commercial free. Maybe someday their satellites will come crashing back to earth and we won't even have their horrible service as an option.

I would probably not use SiriusXM myself, except that I live in a rural area where web-based services like Slacker and TuneIn are not available. Hell, there aren't even any decent radio stations around here (unless you like Country music)! So, XM is it for me.

For the record, I have never received a soliciting call from them, despite having had several accounts in the past. :biggrin: However, I still receive mail for the radio on a car I sold in 2011.

IMO, XM is on the way out. I dislike their marketing and calls. Customer service is painful. I received an e-mail solicitation recently asking me what station I listened to. I answered "Slacker" :tongue:
