On a 2022 Model 3 is this how Xpel should look on the frunk leading edge?

I am a huge fan of Xpel PPF and ceramic tint and highly recommend them. I have had Xpel PPF on my 2018 Tesla P3D as well as Xpel ceramic tint on all the windows. My car has been parked outside 24/7 for the past 3 1/2 years. Both the PPF and the tint look just as good today as the day they were installed.

Oh, gotcha. But....even then, the installer can lay a full sheet over the entire hood, wrap all the edges and trim the excess off on the underside of the hood. Whoever installed the OP's job and left the notches visible on the top side of the hood needs to go back to installer school.
Ive got a bubble that needs to be worked out, I may ask that they redo my hood since I have a few of these notches and one is coming up some.
