Model Y has a firmer ride, but also provides much better handling than the cushy suspended Lexus. Lexus is a soft riding, ladies cruiser.

You may see a Model Y at a track event...but never an RX.

But even with the stiffer suspension, the seats are by far the most comfortable of any car I have owned. Now, I have not owned the highest end luxury cars, but cars in Model Y's price range, size, or class all have inferior seats IMHO. Completely agree on the handling. Would rather drive a sporty vehicle than a sofa on wheels.
