Picked up the car this morning (4 weeks later). The problem was a "loose connection between the HV rapid splitter and the HV cables" Both were replaced seems to have solved the issue.
They had to get "Tesla engineers" involved in the troubleshooting, and it took 4 weeks, so I guess this is a pretty rare occurrence (knock on wood).
