Yelp seems to hate Tesla SoCal service centers — is that just Yelp?

I’m trying to figure out the best possible service center to bring my M3 SR+ to if/when problems arise. I’m looking through Yelp and they don’t seem to like any of the service centers around this area. I saw some nice reviews for Van Nuys and Centinela locations, but then I realized those were 4 years old. I noticed one user on TMC from Santa Monica seemed to do all right using the Century City location, but Yelp blasted that location as well. Can anyone recommend one or more Tesla service centers around this area that are more reliable and easy to work with than the others?
