Pick a tire any tire.

Both sets are within like $20 of each other. (After rebate)

vs

Rebate ends soon, so I need to pick one.

Leaning towards the Yokohama's since they have deeper (last longer) tread. 11.4/32" vs 10/32"

I know it ain't much.

anyone try both of these, or have one or the other?

the comps are so close.

I have put the Perelli‘s on, after about 1000 miles so far I am pleased. Energy efficiency has not changed and just as quiet as the original “fancy“ foam lined originals. Since this is practically a 3 ton vehicle, I don’t expect F1 car performance so I can’t speak to the change in absolute handling and braking. I picked the Perelli’s because they are superior to the Yokohama‘s in specification and safety is worth more to me than a little bit more wear range.

I went with the Pirelli's because the other ones were not available until after my inspection due date.
Very good reason…. I chose Michelin because that’s what the alignment shop sold and they happened to find the last two rears their distributors had in stock. Could have gone to a tire shop then to the alignment shop but didn’t.
