I am looking to trade my 20" wheels tires TPMS sensors for your set + some money.

You would have to be local
Your 19" wheels should have the P3D 3mm step to accommodate the P3D hub and brakes in them ( I believe there is a later version of the 19" wheels with this)

Do you know when the 19 inch was made so that it would fit on the p3D? Vin based? Part number stamped on the wheel?

According to this post, newer wheels have the extra lip but part # is the same. I guess there is not much to do other then looking at it off the car. Stock 19's *DO* fit Performance with Perf Package, But...
