Things are finally working again.

No new option to upgrade AP/MCU hardware, unfortunately.

I noticed the Upgrades page isn't working for some of our cars.

That is wild. I hope I don't have to wait that long. When I ordered, online it said 4-7, I see now it says 7-10.
Not to hijack the thread, but yes my account is also showing the same message. It sounds like I can stop checking every day for a VIN.

We can finally get to the upgrades on that last vehicle today.

One other change I noticed is that you can no longer use a bookmark to return to the account page. For years, I've had it bookmarked and only had to log in if the session had expired after several days. Now I get an an error:

If I log in, I can then get to the account page again.

Probably. I saw they made a similar change about 15 months ago to another part of the site. Looks like they've implemented similar changes to the account page.

Looks like they finally fixed the bookmarking issue. No more 403 error responses.

That is not good. Can't access the website or the app (iOS). They need to figure out their web/app infrastructure out. This is not good UX for all the users out there.
