YouTube videos in the Model 3 browser

I didn't find any mention of this in other threads so I thought I'd start a new one.

Yesterday I tried out the web browser in my Model 3 for the first time. Went to YouTube and tried to watch a video, but the video screen just stayed in static mode and the message said that my browser didn't support any of the formats that YouTube has on offer.

Is this just a problem in my Model 3 or is this universal? And is there a known remedy/workaround?

Any input is much appreciated.

Pretty sure Tesla doesn't support any kind of video watching in it's new browser.
Certainly not any of the common websites. (Perhaps there are weird work arounds I don't know about)

There is a video format that does work, It was called Something like WebRTC and there’s a thread on here somewhere.

I'm pretty sure tesla removed all the normal codecs to satisfy government regulations about playing videos on the screen.

I spend a lot of time waiting in Ferry Lineups, Either allow Video directly or allow a USB to OTC connection.
