Thanks and sorry to hijack the thread. One final comment is that I ordered everything through Tesla, but they just sent out 3rd party installers to do the work. Not sure why Tesla is saying they cannot create my SolarEdge account but perhaps I’ll try contacting customer service to try again.
Hmm, yeah, I would think that would be a tesla install then and I can understand why the third party installers wouldn’t be able to grant access for you. I would call the Tesla energy tech support number at 877-961-7652 and ask them, if they aren’t the ones you called before. Although recently a few people have been told that they can’t have the solaredge account set up until after PTO.
