Update: to ^. The charging light never stopped pulsing for the 2+ hours two nights ago. The phone was at times on with the app up, and also with the app closed. Also, the phone's BT was off for part of the time. Seems to make no difference. Car was locked during charging at home. Running 2024.3.25.

My light used to turn off after a few minutes into charging. Lately, it has remained on, but only when the app is up on the phone and I'm near the car. I haven't experimented to any higher degree other than determining there's something about the app being up on the phone's screen. After...

At least two out of three model 3's and Y's I pass or see in the customer parking lot do not display a front plate here (Chi. suburbs). Oddly, most of the S drivers do have a front plate mounted. Of the Y and 3's without front plates, I occasionally see a plate sitting on their dashboard.

If I am the first car stopped at a RR crossing, the screen displays a constant parade of trucks passing in front. I'm not too worried about that; I sort of find it amusing. I would be much more worried if I was a FSD customer and the car thought trucks were train cars.
