I tried using the CHAdeMO side by connecting the Tesla "watering can" adapter. I was not able to report to the host site, the QR code prominently displayed on the huge screen was actually a link to the sales site where you could apply to buy a similar DC Fast charger. I kid you not.

I drove by on 9/11/22 and there was a large Conex shipping box on site. I didn't see anything else, so not enough info to upgrade to "under construction".

I drove by and saw that there was a single large Conex box at the proposed location, but that was it. It could be anything really.
