    I have had to request updates before and I think their final invoice generation system only runs around 10-11am. So I think there is a very low chance of receiving it today.

    You will be able to print out a certificate of currency from your insurance provider. You can only do this after receiving your VIN. Set your commencement date with the insurance prior to picking it up, just to be safe.
