It is confirmed, also they don't downgrade FW unless it's a tech troubleshooting an issue. If you look on Teslafi FW tracker, and look at the 2022.12.3.20 previous versions installed, you will see zero cars on either one of those FW got this beta. There's many of us waiting.

You are waiting on 10.13 like all of us with new vehicles. If you came from a factory build 2022.11.101.x you will not be receiving 10.12.2. Sucks, but you'll probably get 10.13 as soon as it drops.

Driving manually in this instance will continue to nuke your score, keep it on AP or TACC on freeway like all the time if possible. Also you need 100 AP miles minimum to get in now, so manual driving is pointless in general.

We're going to have to wait for 10.13.

Same here, I have an AP near my garage just for this too and it's on wifi with good signal. But no updates for me since delivery. Hopefully soon.

@carlhy That makes no sense, the way the queue works is supposed to be sequential by region according to Tesla from multiple sources.

You swapped, so you feel differently. You changed your mind and got a car destined for someone who originally wanted it before you changed your mind. There are indeed two lines, and you jumped the queue. Not your fault, it's Tesla's broken VIN assignment system that allows for this.

It's more like changing lines entirely and being like "I have been waiting longer so I need to cut in front of you." It's like the FSD debacle all over again.

Except it's not really fair at all. I had sold my car because they had told me delivery was imminent. Now we're here 3 months later with no car in sight. They need to go to the back of the queue for P orders in this case. It is in no way our fault they changed their minds.

FSD + Bay Area, I originally got a call back in March to prep for delivery and then crickets after switching from cash to financing and asked if I had a trade in. Now my financing is set to expire next week and I am gone for vacation in a couple of weeks. Probably should've waited until I had a VIN.

In my experience, you get bumped out a month at least twice.

I do laundry in the garage, and this is the best unforeseen advantage so far. If I left clothes in the garage with my ICE, then they'd smell like car exhaust. Not so much since the 75D.

All of my performance brakes have been notoriously noisy. My Audi SQ5 would squeak loudly and wake up the whole house in the morning. Pretty typical on high performance brakes from my experience.
