    Wow, I think I’m the worst off here. Looking at 10% battery degradation after 24,000 miles. P3D- with areo wheels. Charge every night at home to 80% usually. 250 @ 90% 279 @ 100% I’m thinking about contacting Tesla but I expect to get the standard “degradation is normal” response.

    HW3 computers ARE being rolled out. I have an MCU 1 car. It still gets software updates all the time despite being years old. No other car can hope for that. Not sure what that has to do with FSD?

    I no longer have the P90D, I now am driving a 100D. The trick is to just keep breaking your car and eventually you will end up with a good loaner :cool: But don’t get too excited. Even the brand new 100D feels like a downgrade :p (other than the speed of course!)

    Did your car ever give you any more problems? Mine was sporadically throwing errors for a while and it looks like the entire CAN and everything connected to it will need to be replaced! lol o_O

    Yeah, we will see about that. I’m going to wait and see what the diagnosis is. Funny enough, all systems returned to normal after about an hour. Still, my SC just dropped off a 100D and trailered mine to the shop.

    I’ve only had the car back for a few days but so far so good. Their conclusion was that most likely a wiring harness connection was loose. They reseated all the relevant connections and it’s been okay so far.

    Please keep us updated. I’ve had 12V issues similar to you but the underlying cause was said to be missing CAN messages which caused the DC converter to disconnect and kill the 12V. I asked if it could be software related and they seemed to think no.

    Thought I would post a final update (hopefully). No real issue could be found with the car - they are saying there may have been a loose connection in the wiring harness which caused errors in the CAN and a subsequent disconnection from the 12V system. Happy to have the car back but nervous...
