Did they replace the wheel? My 8month old Y has some vegan leather coming loose behind the 3 o clock indentation area. Annoying as that’s where my fingers rest all the time. Flappy loose leather. Ugh.

Yup I’ve confirmed on newer builds they slam shut solid. Def a manufacturing issue that plagues older builds, up to 2022 models.

Anyone else with this issue? I’m not in a freezing snow climate but it can go down to 32 on occasion. This morning was 37 and one side mirror struggles to fully open when unlocking the car and then kind of stays in a limp inbetween state. Folding and unfolding from the screen doesn’t fix it...

Nope. Just chalked it up to bits and bobs of the front motor and suspension doing traction control abs thing. Our rwd teslas don’t make as much of a fuss up front on the same curbs but still make some noise in the rear.

Wondering if the trim could be sanded down to smooth out the pits.

I don’t have fsd but there’s no way I would trust it’s rear “vision” due to the water spot build up issue. Without radar I’m not sure how a blurred view would work for fsd or human vision.

our y and 3 undoubtedly have the worst rain blur issues we’ve experienced. Once you get reliant on the backup camera, it can be jarring when you need to back up in the dark with rain pouring. Newbie to fastrak. I have the cav device and mounted behind the display on the flat spot. I’ve never used it for tolls but do I just set to one passenger for me driving solo and just cruise through the fastrak lanes? Is there any confirmation that it worked?

Crazy the tech was pulling down. There is a plastic cover as you’ve seen in this thread and a bolt that would have broken off…along with other parts up there!

Mine is starting to make popping sounds when I shift around in the seat. I got it to subside by adjusting the lumbar around. Not ideal but the noises do seem to be related to where the seat is positioned and especially the lumbar bladder rubbing something inside.

Mine stopped and hasn’t come back. No update either just a good sleep cycle.

Only 80 miles one way but I think there’s a lot of elevation and twists and turns. Car gets right at 300 full charge now. Planning to do it in a couple weeks so weather is cooler. Thanks for any tips!

If you only put the rubber feet on the end of the triple cover, then you don’t even have to remove the mirror cap/cover. Did you put the feet any higher (closer to headliner) than the lower edge of the camera cover? Btw did you mirror cap/cover have a little notch like mine? Almost looks like...

Just got the Amazon clip thing and it works great. Clipping closest to the buckle/female end is just enough to pull the shoulder strap away from my neck. Put on once and leave it. The flat black one looks inconspicuous. Thanks for the tip!

I think your rattle is a little different than the other posts as my mirror is rock solid. The crackle buzzing comes from the triple camera cover, the big black cover that snaps in but needs the mirror cover popped off before it completely releases. weird how mine already has a mark like it’s been removed before? Was your mirror noticeably loose or cant tell unless you turn the screw? Also mine is a 22. Does yours have vents on both panels like mine?

I was thinking some external hook device like the rear seat belt holder would work, but actually looking at the B pillar and seatbelt adjustment mechanism, just being able to stop the pivot of the belt rotating forward would do the trick. Perhaps some kind of plug that doesn’t restrict free...

I’m still trying to find that one perfect seat position so the belt doesn’t dig but it’s been elusive! Maybe impossible as I’ve tried all heights, seat back angles, and forward back combos.

Can anyone make a front belt guide to pull the belt away from rubbing one’s neck?

Any of these 3D printing guys want to make something for the front belt rubbing on necks? The lowest setting still cuts into necks. Simple guide that pulls the belt tighter to the b pillar would do it.
