Heater makes a “whoosh” noise?

Was this ever solved? I'm getting this same sound on my model S refresh every minute as well. And from the outside it also makes a similar sound
Hi,

I made peace with it in my Model 3. I believe it was the heat pump. It wasn't a coincidence that it happened when it was cold and the heater was on.

I have a Model Y now and I occasionally hear it, albeit more subtle.

I still think we only hear these weird sounds because we're accustomed to having a loud internal combustion engine.

For peace of mind, a trip to the service center for due diligence isn't a bad thing.

Hey I’m getting this also. Tesla service says it’s normal but a few here have had temperature sensors replaced and the problem solved. Am thinking it’s a wide spread issue they’d rather sweep under the rug because short cycling compressors are not healthy.

Several cars I've owned have made similar "whooshing" sounds.

I wouldn't consider 25 posts in 2 1/2 years in this specific thread to be any indication of a "wide spread issue they'd rather sweep under the rug."
