Latest software not installing

Hi, it said i have an update to.install. set it to install and after sometime it failed. Currently the car says up to date but clearly not. How do i get it to download again, as it lost the download as well.

Which version was the car trying to install, and which version do you have now? Occasionally Tesla will cancel an update if they discover that it contains a serious bug, but without more information, we don’t know if that’s what happened to you.

2024.8.9 is the current software, it said trying install.... 2024.14.7

2024.14.7 is pretty new, TeslaFi doesn't even show it yet, but I do see online release notes.

Not sure it will help, but try rebooting the car, and then go to Controls > Software to force it to check for an update.
