These are definitely prefab. There are junction boxes mounted to each cabinet so they can be placed without the wiring already being run under the cabinets. There’s probably not a good spot near the factory to test a site designed for trailering. And since these are prefab, they can wire them up in the factory and see if they work before they ship them out.
Is the green box in this photo the utility transformer? Not open yet, but looks close!

idk I just know people are going to figure out a way to mess this up and not look at the arrows on the ground and/or do what they say
Not only will they mess up the arrows, but they should. If left charge port and right charge port cars are next to each other one of them will have to flip around to get to the plug.
I can tell you that people constantly are pulling through the Bandon SC the wrong way.
If someone plugs into the wrong charger in a spot on either side closest to the middle than 1 charger is blocked off from use.Maybe change the arrows into double-ended arrows, so it works for all vehicles. It shouldn't matter which way you pull in, unless there's something I'm not seeing.
