I'm going to say no, the turbine is only like a 9" wide rim. I think you need a minimum 10" to even consider something that wide. Quick glance at tire rack with those sizes all the specs say 10-11.5" wheel.

you can go to tire rack find your tire and click the specs tab. Then compare each other manufacturers specs they all vary from tire to tire. For example, 245/40/20 potenza sport a has a tread width of 7.9" while a conti dws same size has 8.3"
