After every charging session, the invoice is available in the Tesla app, or online on the website. Wherever you’re charging now, your supercharger costs are probably being billed to someone else 😂 And not all SC costs are the same; you’ll need to look it up on the in-car nav or the app.

What does your PV system agreement with Tesla say, regarding parts and labor? The optimizer (part) should be under warranty. For that, Tesla needs to work with SolarEdge for a RMA and replacement part. Labor however, depends on what you signed up for and your paperwork when you bought the system.

And no, there’s nothing you can do to speed it up or force updates. SC’s may do it if they want to, but ymmv

Is your car still under the full manufacturer’s (Tesla) warranty? If it is, your UMC is covered and you can take it into a service center to be swapped out. Otherwise, it’ll be an out-of-pocket expense for you.

If there is damage to the HV battery, especially coolant lines, the SC will not repair. Standard procedure is to replace the HV battery. Your options are to file an insurance claim or find a third party willing/able to help… though this may void your HV battery warranty. Probably already is in...

Warranties are region/location specific, and non-transferable; they are not global. It looks like you have a grey market/third party imported MS? At least Tesla will work on it and you have some support… the worst case is that Tesla refuses to even touch it (i.e. salvage vehicle).
