New owners did not know how to open the door?

There are automakers that design cars to be used without have to google "how to open door in this stupid thing".

Certainly, the door opening usability study failed worse on the CyberTruck than the Model 3/Y ... and yet they still went ahead with it.

Was told by tesla team that because the Cybertruck was in drive, the door button didn't work as it was locked, which is why there were issues

its confusing. I thought the thread was about the new owners who got the Cybertruck and they couldn't open the door

At the delivery day event, Elon is seen showing the new owners how to open the door by pushing the small button at the base of the B pillar. This happened almost every time. He can be heard at one point telling one driver, a Tesla employee, to put it in park.
It's worth noting that on the Tesla video about the CT features, they do cover this. Obviously, these folks were seeing this for the first time so can be excused their ignorance.
