Installing Hidden Trailer Brake - Redarc Tow Pro Elite

I ordered my 2023 MYLR with the factory tow hitch. I expected the hitch and wiring to perform like all the other tow vehicles I have had (I was coming from a BMW X3). Nope. Tesla does not supply 12V+ power to pin 4 due to the upgraded Li-ion battery:

This means that a brake controller like the Cur...

Left a Model Y out in the rain overnight, and next day after accelerating, water came dripping into passenger seat well from under the glovebox.

Found lots of threads talking about it, but no solution being clarified, or having service center fix it without explanation, etc.

Has anyone realized how profoundly FSD will disrupt Real Estate?

Realtors, watch out!

Consider this:

2026 Tesla Cyber RV: uses FSD to drive 24/7.

Model Y road trip experience with FSD 12.3.6

I recently took my Model Y from DC to the OBX, a little over 320 miles each way. I encountered a few things with FSD 12 .3.6 and routing that could have been better. First I started off with a 100% charge with 329 miles estimated. When I set my destination in the Nav, it had me charging at a Superch...

Very satisfied: lightweight trailer towing with my Model Y

We have a small Pulmor enclosed trailer, made of fiberglass, 32 cu ft of interior space. It is 60" wide. On top of it, we have a large, 18 cu ft, roof carrier. The total height is just about or a tad below the tallest point of the MY roof. The trailer is just under 500lb empty and has never been mor...

For the sake of it, I had to try it. I charged to 99% (didn't have the patience to go to 100) and started driving. The car originally predicted 4:06 drive time, but there was a construction that cost me 10 min. I also missed an exit that made me go a bit longer. At the end I arrived at 5% driving 27...
