I had similar stains on my Audi Cabriolet windshield pillars, which were brushed aluminum. I used a light polishing compound with an orbital polisher to remove. You can do this by hand, too, but it takes a bit of elbow grease.

Have you tried your Tap Mini with the TUWC set on the 'Only Tesla' option?

I used an external junction box and Polaris connectors to split two lines off of the main coming from the electrical panel . I'm not sure there is enough room within the connector to daisy chain them, and I'm sure it would not be an approved procedure, either by Tesla or electrical code.

Same for me. There was a significant lag, upward of 30 seconds if I recall, before the Tesla UWC started to work with my 2019 e-Golf. I find it surprising (and a bit disturbing) that these issues remain.

A wired wall connector will also increase the value of your house, presuming you own it. Think about it, the LACK of a wall connector will reduce your home's attractiveness to buyers 10 years from now, all of whom will be driving EVs.

This is a good point. There is nothing that is blocking my way until I am well within the garage, so perhaps there are no triggers for the screen to materialize. Nevertheless, Tesla, if anyone monitors these forums, please put a button to activate this screen manually!

I have HomeLink on auto. It opens the garage as I enter the driveway but has no effect on bringing up the park assist screen. I am also well below 4 mph when entering the garage---nothing. On my VW e-Golf, there was a button to activate the park assist screen. Maybe Tesla should put a command...

I actually do not need the car to park itself, though that would be nice since I am so peripheral-impaired. I just want to turn on the visualization before I enter the garage (eventually it turns on deep within the garage).

So, when I approach my garage at home, park assist does not automatically turn on. There is nothing on my screen, as if I were driving slowly on a road. If I stop and shift to reverse, the parking assist visualization comes on, but this is awkward. Is there a way to tap the screen somewhere...
