Thanks for replying. I didn’t feel like having another long customer service call if it just turned out that my system is operating like it’s supposed to. I guess I’ll give them a call and leave an update here with what they say.

When we first had our solar installed the app wasn’t reporting any info about the array. When we called support, they added the gateway to our account and we started seeing our energy use, however the solar still wasn’t showing up, only grid and home energy use. Eventually, after several calls...

Don’t forget inverter losses. It’s why it’s always better to use power directly from solar vs charging the Powerwalls and then using the energy later.

I spoke with my service center about it again yesterday after I told them I didn't accept what they said about it being "in spec" and no one had gotten back to me about it previously. They called me back and left a message saying that they could "meet me half way" on the issue. I'm planning on...

Just thought I would add, it's in the parking garage near the Tesla store and near where Tesla already charges their test drive cars, not near Sears.

I guess I didn't realize that was the case. Do you have a link to that? Because under normal freeway driving (cruising), it would take about 30 minutes or so to warm up the pack. It would be an incredibly efficient motor if it was unable to provide sufficient heat to the battery pack!

If you're driving to a supercharger, it's likely your battery is warm enough for full speed charging already. The battery heater in the S/X takes about 30 minutes to get a cold-soaked pack to 12c according to another post. You're better off racing your car around for 10 or 15 minutes to get...

I would love to hear an update about this, the A/C on my X is embarrassingly loud as well, even on moderately warm days..

It would be GREAT if you could be notified by the app of an open door when you go out of fob range. Totally do-able too! The car knows when a door is open, and the car knows when no fob is nearby.. They could put the option right in here. Tesla, make it happen!

This has absolutely happened to me twice!! One time it was raining out and luckily there wasn't much wind so nothing inside got wet (I knew the falcon wings were good for something!) and the second time it was a similar situation. Kind of scary when you go outside and see the door wide open...
