    Supercharger - Gluckstadt, MS

My parents are in Jackson, so this will be a good charger to have if I were to ever drive from here in the DMV area to Jackson.

Supercharger - Arbutus, MD (LIVE 20 Dec 2023)

Maybe BGE will get off their duff and finally finish the one in Jessup before the new year starts.

Yeah, I noticed the additional chargers at the OH Turnpike service areas this time around. One that was just finished was still under construction in July when we drove in my partner’s ICE vehicle. When we drove there in my car last year, we stopped in Cranberry and Strongsville on the way up...

    Supercharger - Stony Creek, VA

Wow! I was just talking about how this would be a great Supercharger stop in my thread about my trip from DC to Fayetteville and Raleigh, NC and here we are. I wonder if there will be a Supercharger built at the other Davis Travel Center in Warfield off I-85. It would be a faster alternative to...

    Supercharger - Jessup, MD

BGE is the WORST when getting things online. It took over a year for Bowie to come online long after the chargers themselves were built at that Wawa station. For all the talk Maryland does about infrastructure and EVs, a lot of the companies responsible for these type of things like to fool...

I just wanted to share my recent road trip experience in my 2018 Model 3 LR RWD. I bought it used almost 2 years ago, and it has about 80,000 miles on it. Overall, it was a pretty smooth ride, with a few interesting encounters along the way. My partner isn't as enthusiastic about EV road...

Washington, DC area to Atlanta questions and suggestions...

Thanks for the tips! I might wind up having to fly because my partner still isn't sold on long distance EV trips when I broached the topic. We drove from here to Toledo, OH last year (which is a shorter trip to be fair) and it was noticed that it took a bit longer factoring the charges. Oh well...

    Supercharger - Bowie, MD

They sure should have. I was at the Bowie charger the same day @PStewart took photos, just a bit earlier and it was pretty slammed. There is a newish Royal Farms off MD-202/Exit 17 off the Beltway that would be great for a Supercharger. However, 202 can get pretty congested because of the...

Washington, DC area to Atlanta questions and suggestions...

I'm considering a road trip from the DC Area (starting near Gaithersburg/Germantown in Maryland) and was curious if anyone has made this journey before. I drive an M3 LR RWD, so I have about 290 miles in range after some degradation. I mapped the route out on ABRP and it looks like I'd have to...

    Supercharger - Jessup, MD

This supercharger looks like it will be at the Royal Farms on US 1 and Montevideo Road East of I-95, not at Gateway Overlook, where Costco/Trader Joe's are. However, an EVGo charger with a Tesla plug is already located at Gateway Overlook.

    Supercharger - Jessup, MD

Like the song says, it’s about damn time! I wonder why Howard County was such a holdout with Tesla superchargers, especially since they have such a strong EV presence and infrastructure. And this is close to I-95, so it is so needed along this corridor. This will definitely be a great reliever...

Supercharger - Gaithersburg, MD - Watkins Mill Rd

Rio is a 150. I've shopped at Target there and don't always get a full charge depending on how many people are there. It's very rare that you DON’T share a charger at that station. I also think there should be a Supercharger up the road in Germantown or over in Clarksburg to augment the Watkins...

Supercharger - Gaithersburg, MD - Watkins Mill Rd

Yep, I just charged there yesterday. It's 0.44/kwh during peak times. This is going to be a VERY popular spot given that it's right off 270 and a lot easier to get to compared to the garage at the Rio/Target down the street.

Supercharger - Hanover, MD - Shipley Homestead Dr

Whenever they finally work on this and construct this supercharger, it'll be great alternative to the one at Arundel Mills Blvd and much faster. This location is across the street from a shopping center with a lot of restaurants and a gym.
