Had mine replaced twice on my old 3. What is the DIY fix?

Does anybody know what’s happening to the Manchester Old Trafford Supercharger site? It looks like it’s been ready to go for 12 months yet it’s still not open.

WOW!! When ordered my 3AWD it said about 2-3 weeks. Ended up being 2-3 months! Proceed with caution ⚠️

Just spoken with Tesla Support and they said the free miles should appear in the charging tab of the app within seven days of delivery and expiry is three years.

Thank you. Did you also say the expiry date was confirmed to be incorrect?

And yours are definitely 15,000 miles not points? I got my 15,000 loyalty points immediately I collected. The 15,000 free miles is something totally different and I don’t have those despite the email.

My god Tesla. How about finishing your email off with “ the miles will appear in your app within 14 days”. Simples.

Luckily I collected on the 7th! I think the fact they’ve sent an email stating the following is legally binding…. As a thank you for taking delivery this quarter, you will receive 15,000 miles of free Supercharging*. Sign in to your Tesla Account to complete any remaining delivery tasks.

I wrote to support last night and they said to expect a reply within 1 day.

Nothing there for me apart from my loyalty points and free miles from that. I’ll ask Tesla tomorrow.

When I ordered my 3 AWD a couple of months ago I got 15,000 POINTS of loyalty. Very nice. Took delivery a few days ago and received an email yesterday saying I’ve also got 15,000 free miles but I’m yet to see those. Any idea when they should materialise?

I’m going to cancel my service. The initial vibration I had on collection is no more. Seems to corrected itself in a couple of hundred miles (or it was in my mind all the time)!

As an aside the recommended tyre pressure for my AWD is 42psi. The car came delivered with the pressure at 47psi.

Bizarre tangent this thread is heading for no logical reason whatsoever.

Been thinking that for years. That would be my option since auto wiping will never get fixed.
